Fish Tacos - the classic

 

With Culley's Garlic Aioli

Method:

  1. Season the fish first with salt & pepper, then cut into strips & quickly pan fry until cooked.
  2. Thinly slice cabbage, red onion and radish. In a bowl, mix together along with parsley.
  3. Heat the tortillas till soft, place the fish in the centre of the tortilla and cover in your homemade coleslaw.
  4. Drizzle over Culley's No.3 Green Chile Hot Sauce and Culley's Garlic Aioli.
