Fish Tacos - the classic

Ingredients:
- 400g fish
- 8 tortillas
- 50ml Culley's No.3 Green Chile Hot Sauce
- Cabbage, red onion, radish, fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp Culley's Garlic Aioli
Method:
- Season the fish first with salt & pepper, then cut into strips & quickly pan fry until cooked.
- Thinly slice cabbage, red onion and radish. In a bowl, mix together along with parsley.
- Heat the tortillas till soft, place the fish in the centre of the tortilla and cover in your homemade coleslaw.
- Drizzle over Culley's No.3 Green Chile Hot Sauce and Culley's Garlic Aioli.
