Sweet & Sour Spicy Slaw
With Culley's No.7 Tropical Caribbean Hot Sauce

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrot, grated
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Culley’s Tropical Caribbean Hot Sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
Method:
- Toss together the cabbage, carrot, mango and garlic.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, lime juice, olive oil and Culley’s hot sauce. Drizzle over the slaw, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss together.
- Sprinkle the green onion, almonds and coriander over top and serve.
