Spiced Chipotle Kumara Wedges

Serves 4, as a side

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce
  • Good season salt and pepper
  • 550g kumara, chopped into wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, cinnamon, cumin seeds, smoked paprika, and Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce. Add kumara and toss to combine.
  3. Arrange on a roasting tray, and roast for 15-20 minutes until the edges are browned and crispy.
  4. Serve hot, with extra Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce!
