Spiced Chipotle Kumara Wedges
Serves 4, as a side
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce
- Good season salt and pepper
- 550g kumara, chopped into wedges
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, cinnamon, cumin seeds, smoked paprika, and Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce. Add kumara and toss to combine.
- Arrange on a roasting tray, and roast for 15-20 minutes until the edges are browned and crispy.
- Serve hot, with extra Culley’s No.8 Chipotle Reaper Sauce!
