CARIBBEAN STREET CORN

With Culley's No.7 Tropical Caribbean Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 corn cobs
- 150g butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Culley's No.7 Tropical Caribbean Hot Sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to season
Method:
- Heat a lightly greased grill plate. When hot, add corn cobs. Cook, turning occasionally, until soft and charred in places.
- Meanwhile, to make the whipped butter, beat remaining ingredients together with a beater until creamy.
- When corn is cooked, spread with the whipped butter and garnish with extra parsley, salt and pepper, and some more Culley's No.7 Tropical Caribbean Hot Sauce.
