Greens & Hollandaise
With Culley's Hollandaise

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 500g asparagus
- 12 stems of broccolini
- Culley's Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Method:
- Bring a pot/pan of water to a gentle simmer.
- Blanch the asparagus and broccolini for 3-5 minutes, until tender but still crunchy.
- Serve greens topped with Culley's Hollandaise Sauce and lemon zest.
