With Culley's Hollandaise

Method:

  1. Bring a pot/pan of water to a gentle simmer.
  2. Blanch the asparagus and broccolini for 3-5 minutes, until tender but still crunchy.
  3. Serve greens topped with Culley's Hollandaise Sauce and lemon zest.
