Avo Loaded Toast
With Culley's Hollandaise

Method:

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil eggs for 6-10 minutes, depending on your liking. Drain the pot and cover the eggs with cold water before peeling and cutting them into quarters. 
  2. Thinly slice the avocado. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice radish.
  3. Toast the sourdough to your liking. 
  4. Place the avocado onto the toast by fanning it out. Top with eggs, tomatoes, pickled onions and Culley's Hollandaise Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
