Avo Loaded Toast
With Culley's Hollandaise

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 radish
- 2 slices of sourdough toast
- Pickled onions
- Culley's Hollandaise Sauce
Method:
- Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil eggs for 6-10 minutes, depending on your liking. Drain the pot and cover the eggs with cold water before peeling and cutting them into quarters.
- Thinly slice the avocado. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice radish.
- Toast the sourdough to your liking.
- Place the avocado onto the toast by fanning it out. Top with eggs, tomatoes, pickled onions and Culley's Hollandaise Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
