Crisp Green Slaw
With Culley's Picklenaise

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 1/2 green cabbage
- 4 stems of curly kale
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3/4 cup edamame
- Culley's Picklenaise
- Crispy Chickpeas
- Sesame seeds
- Peanuts
Method:
- Thinly slice cabbage.
- Thinly slice curly kale and massage with oil.
- Thinly slice or julienne cucumber.
- Cook edamame beans as per packet instructions.
- Combine cabbage, kale, cucumber and edamame in a salad bowl. Mix in enough Culley's Picklenaise to coat the greens, about 1/2 cup.
- Top slaw with crispy chickpeas, sesame seeds and peanuts.
