Crisp Green Slaw
With Culley's Picklenaise

Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6-8

Method:

  1. Thinly slice cabbage. 
  2. Thinly slice curly kale and massage with oil.
  3. Thinly slice or julienne cucumber. 
  4. Cook edamame beans as per packet instructions. 
  5. Combine cabbage, kale, cucumber and edamame in a salad bowl. Mix in enough Culley's Picklenaise to coat the greens, about 1/2 cup. 
  6. Top slaw with crispy chickpeas, sesame seeds and peanuts.
