Crispy Chickpeas
With Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix

Ingredients:
- 400g can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 packet of Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Spread chickpeas over the baking tray and drizzle over oil and Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
