Crispy Chickpeas
With Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix

Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 3-4

 

Ingredients:

  • 400g can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 packet of Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. Spread chickpeas over the baking tray and drizzle over oil and Culley's Mexikai Anything Mexican Spice Mix.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
