Mexican Loaded Fries

With Culley's Cheeky Mexican Chipotle Gravy

Ingredients:
- 300g frozen fries
- 2 rashers of streaky bacon, chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 packet of Culley's Mexican Chipotle Gravy
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- A handful of jalapeños
- Pickled red onions
- 1 stem of spring onion, chopped
Method:

Cook fries as per packet instructions.
- Heat a frypan over a medium-high heat and cook the bacon for 5-10 minutes, until it is golden and crispy.

In a bowl, whisk together boiling water and Culley’s Mexican Chipotle Gravy, stirring until all powder is dissolved and it is a thick, glossy gravy.
- Top fries with cheese, Culley’s Mexican Chipotle Gravy, bacon, jalapenos, pickled red onion and spring onion.
