Mexican Loaded Fries
With Culley's Cheeky Mexican Chipotle Gravy

Method:

 

  1. Cook fries as per packet instructions.
  2. Heat a frypan over a medium-high heat and cook the bacon for 5-10 minutes, until it is golden and crispy. 
  3. In a bowl, whisk together boiling water and Culley’s Mexican Chipotle Gravy, stirring until all powder is dissolved and it is a thick, glossy gravy. 
  4. Top fries with cheese, Culley’s Mexican Chipotle Gravy, bacon, jalapenos, pickled red onion and spring onion.
