Street Corn Loaded Fries
With Culley's No.10 Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 medium orange kūmara, cut into fries
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp Culley’s No.10 Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp coriander
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the kūmara fries on the baking tray spaced apart. Drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Heat the butter in frying pan over a medium heat. Add the corn kernels and cook for 5-6 minutes then remove from the heat. Stir through the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, Culley's No.10 Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce and cumin.
- Serve on the kūmara fries and top with the feta cheese and coriander.
