Culley's Classic Caesar Salad


  • 1 head of kale
  • 1t olive oil
  • 1/2c Culley’s Classic caesar salad dressing
  • Vegan parmesan cheese
  • Baked chickpeas


  1. Remove the kale leaves from the stalks the slice into thick strips. Place into a large bowl with the olive oil and massage gently for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix the Culley’s Caesar salad dressing through the kale then place into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan and baked chickpeas.
