Culley's Classic Caesar Salad
- 1 head of kale
- 1t olive oil
- 1/2c Culley’s Classic caesar salad dressing
- Vegan parmesan cheese
- Baked chickpeas
- Remove the kale leaves from the stalks the slice into thick strips. Place into a large bowl with the olive oil and massage gently for 2 minutes.
- Mix the Culley’s Caesar salad dressing through the kale then place into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan and baked chickpeas.
