Arugula & Pear Salad
- 4 cups baby arugula leaves
- 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Sliced Avocado to garnish
- Place the baby arugula leaves in a large salad bowl.
- Add the sliced pears, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped walnuts on top of the arugula.
- Drizzle the balsamic and olive oil dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
