Arugula & Pear Salad


  • 4 cups baby arugula leaves
  • 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Sliced Avocado to garnish


  1. Place the baby arugula leaves in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the sliced pears, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped walnuts on top of the arugula.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic and olive oil dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
