Ingredients:ŸŸ• Ÿ2 tablespoons Culley's Green Chile Hot Sauce•Ÿ 2 medium-sized green tomatoes, roughly choppedŸ• 1 clove garlic, peeled•Ÿ large pinch of salt•Ÿ 2 pizza bases•Ÿ olive oil for brushing•Ÿ cherry tomatoes•Ÿ 150g fresh buffalo or cow mozzarella• ŸCulley's BBQ Mexican Chipotle SaltŸ• fresh basil leaves Instructions:Preheat the oven to 200°C. Ingredients:• 1 rack of pork ribs• 1 bottle Culley's Rib 'N' Chik 'N' BBQ Sauce Instructions:Preheat oven to 120°C.Place ribs meat-side down in baking dish. Prick back of rib rack several times with a knife.Generously apply a bottle of Culley's Rib 'N' Chik 'N' BBQ Sauce making sure you cover every part of the ribs.Once emptied, add water to the bottle.
