INGREDIENTS: Spices, Salt, Rice Flour, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion, Red Bell Pepper), Herbs, Vegetable Protein Extract (Maize), Canola Oil, Spice Extract.

- 500g fresh fish fillets
- Veggies
- Potatoes
- Butter
- White wine or fish stock
- 1 x Culley's Rajin' Cajun Recipe Mix
Method
1. Coat fish fillets with half the recipe mix. Pan fry the fish fillets till just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate.
2. Sprinkle remaining seasoning into the pan and quickly stir then add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup of white wine or fish stock and stir to create a lovely sauce. Add fresh chopped parsley.
3. Serve Rajin' Cajun Fish with your favourite veges and roast potatoes, pour over sauce and serve.
