- 500g chicken thighs or breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 large brown onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 cup water

Method
1. Combine Culley's Butter Chicken Recipe Mix with chicken thighs and marinate for 8 minutes.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the chicken and cook until lightly browned. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Combine tomato paste, cream and water and stir into chicken and onion. Simmer and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until rich and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste, and for more heat add chill flakes. Serve with piping hot naan bread.
