This is Culley's hottest sauce available through mainstream retail channels. Packed with Carolina Reaper Chillies, this sauce is not for the faint hearted. It's great with white fish and meat or as a side sauce if you're up for the challenge.

Got this at Coles thinking it wouldn't be all that hot. Next day added a heap to my fried rice and then boom. That's when I found out how well this sauce keeps it heat. It's not super hot on the palette so much so that it is very tempting to have lots on your food. Ahem, you've been warned.

So the first time I tried this sauce I felt like it blistered my tongue, it didn't but it felt like it. Tears, sweats etc. It sat in my fridge for a long time after that and I enjoyed pulling it out to make my friends try it, weren't a lot of takers lol. But now I eat it regularly. I blame it for some dodgy bowel movements but hey we're all just masochists right. It's really bloody hot. Try it.
