Monoloco's Pierde Almas Costa Rican Hot Sauce is seen on HOT ONES SEASON 12! It combines Scotch Bonnet and Ghost Chillies from local Costa Rican farmers to make this delicious sauce. The addition of citrus fruits brings out the natural tropical flavours of the chillies. Great on burritos, pork and chicken wings!
Ingredients: Hot Peppers, Water, Lemon, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Herbs, Salt, Spices.

There can be no doubt that this is a Hot-Sauce! From the second it touches your tongue your butt hole is already twitching nervously for the after effects! Grab the aloe vera impregnated toilet role.....its gonna be stingy! Awesome flavour but use sparingly.

Blindingly hot but excellent flavour. Great with roast lamb and gravy, then next day in cold lamb wraps with feta. We bought the dated batch on special, and it just needed a bit of a shake. The lemony-citrus notes makes for a much more rounded sauce than many.
