1. Whisk Culley's Mac n Cheese recipe mix into 2 cups of milk and slowly bring to a simmer & keep whisking till thickened. Add 1 cup grated cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Cook Macaroni pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, strain water off. In macaroni pot pour mac and cheese sauce over macaroni and stir.
3. Put in baking dish and sprinkle 1 cup grated cheeses on top. Top with fried bacon, bake in 180°C oven until crisp and golden.
