Culley’s Carolina Reaper – Approx. 10 chilli seeds
World record holder!! Ed Currie’s “Carolina Reaper” was rated as the world’s hottest chilli pepper by Guinness World Records in 2012, averaging 1,569,300 on the Scoville scale with peak levels of over 2,200,000. The stem looks like the tail of a scorpion, while on the other end is the bumpy, oily, fire-engine red fruit with a punch of heat nearly as potent as most pepper sprays used by police (pepper spray weighs in at about 2 million Scoville Units). Are you brave enough?
