- 500g beef mince
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- 1 tin kidney beans
- Culley's Chipotle #4 or #6 Habanero Hot Sauce

Method
1. In a medium pot heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato pasted and cook for 20-30 minutes.
3. For added spice & smoky flavour add Culley's #6 Habanero or #4 Chipotle Hot Sauce.
4. Serve with rice and top with sour cream and chopped chives or fresh coriander. Add salt and pepper to taste.
