You asked and we listened - Applewood is back, and better than ever! Throwing it back to Culley's original line of Hot Sauces, Applewood features the Chocolate Habanero Chilli combined with smoky applewood! It's a medium heat level the perfect combo of heat and flavour!
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), White Wine Vinegar, Red Bell Pepper, Onions, Sugar, Liquid Smoke Flavouring, Garlic, NZ Grown Chocolate Habanero Chillies, Salt, Black Pepper.

We use this sauce on chicken drumsticks, among other dishes. It is unbeatable. A while back Culley’s stopped making it. We searched the Internet and found a half dozen bottles for sale on the other side of the world. We bought them all, at five times the normal price. Now, thankfully, they are making it again. Let’s hope they never stop. To be sure, we buy a half dozen bottles at a time. They don’t last long.
