100 grams Smoked Salmon
5-6 Free Range Eggs
50ml cream or milk
salt & Pepper
Fresh cut parlsey
Whole grain sliced bread


Quickly whisk your eggs with the salt & pepper.

Make perfectly soft scrambled eggs, then pour over your toasted whole grain bread and sprinkle with freshly cut parsley and a few drops of Culley's Green Chile Hot Sauce.
