BRUTALLY HOT & CREAMY MUSHROOM & BROCCOLI FETTUCCINE WITH WALNUTS
•150g mushrooms, sliced
•125g broccoli, sliced thinly
•1/2 tsp salt
•1×400ml can coconut milk
•2 tsp cornflour
•1/8-1/4 tsp Culley's Brutality Sauce (to taste)
•1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
1. Cook fettuccine according to packet directions. Drain.
2. In a large frying pan, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and sautee for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and another drizzle of oil, and sautee for an additional 3-5 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then add to the pan along with the Brutality Sauce. Simmer for 1 minute, until thickened.
4. Add fettuccine and walnuts, and toss to coat. Continue cooking until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
