I bought some of your sauces at the Clevedon farmer’s market, and they were the highlight of my purchases that day.
As someone who grows about ten different sorts of chillis every year, I think I know my way around chilli and sauces. (I even grow “tabascos” and make my own version of McIlhenny’s sauce.)
Excellent work on your part. Just a great combination of heat and flavour. Way WAY better than Kaitaia Fire, whom I don’t even consider buying any longer.
Looking forward to trying the ones from your range I didn’t buy. And the Vietnamese ones sound intriguing, too.
