• 1 rack of pork ribs
• 1 bottle Culley’s Rib ‘N’ Chik ‘N’ BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 120°C.
Place ribs meat-side down in baking dish. Prick back of rib rack several times with a knife.
Generously apply a bottle of Culley’s Rib ‘N’ Chik ‘N’ BBQ Sauce making sure you cover every part of the ribs.
Once emptied, add water to the bottle. Put the lid back on and shake. Add to the baking dish with the ribs.
Cover with tin foil and bake until meat is tender and falling off the bone (about 2 hours).
Serve as is or flip rib rack meat side up, brush with additional Culley’s Rib ‘N’ Chik ‘N’ BBQ Sauce and grill (175°C) or BBQ for 10 minutes.
Serve with coleslaw and baked potatoes.
